Neo-Baroque sideboard with two doors and three drawers, 1914.
Carved solid poplar, lacquered jade green, with moldings and silver-plated handles. Gilt top.
Logo LP above a stylized gate, on the reverse of the lock, likely corresponding to the L. Parsch manufactory in Remscheid, one of the major centers of German locksmithing.
A variant was exhibited at the Deutscher Werkbund, Bern in 1916.
