Jean PROUVE (1901-1984)
Sun Breaker, 1952. Originating from one of the 19 ground-floor studios of the Air France residential unit in Brazzaville – Congo.
Nine adjustable, grey lacquered louvers, made of folded grooved aluminum sheet, connected by a linkage system operated by an aluminum handle. Frame in folded aluminum sheet, lacquered pale green.
Height 152 cm, width 156 cm.
